During the three-month period ended April 30, 2026, the Company incurred $57,783 in cost for exploration activities at the TBN project. During the quarter, the Company has been pursuing project financing alternatives while continuing to advance critical aspects of the project including progressing Advanced Exploration permitting discussions, and detailed planning for the next phase of exploration at Escape down-plunge.

Clean Air Metals is a development and exploration company advancing its flagship, 100% owned Thunder Bay North Critical Minerals ("TBN") project, 40 km northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario.
